The property was acquired in partnership with the intention of strengthening its role as Nederland’s central community anchor. Following the purchase, it was repositioned and rebranded from “Salto” to “The Ned General,” reflecting its renewed focus on inclusivity, local connection, and serving as a place where everyone in the community feels welcome.
