1300 Edgewater

3405 Edgewater Drive in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood was acquired in 2020. The property consisted of a small doctor’s office on a prime corner in the heart of the community. While it was initially envisioned as a potential restaurant or retail site, we ultimately repositioned it for a local Montessori school seeking a new home. The fit proved ideal, and today the school operates as a thriving neighborhood hub with a waitlist for enrollment, serving families throughout College Park.
