932 - 936 N Mills

932 and 936 North Mills were acquired in 2012 and consist of two buildings—one a 900-square-foot restaurant space and the other a 3,500-square-foot salon. At the time of acquisition, both buildings were in significant disrepair and required substantial reinvestment after being purchased from the bank out of bankruptcy. With support from a City of Orlando façade grant, we installed modern aluminum canopies on both the front and rear of the buildings and repositioned the spaces to attract high-quality tenants, including one of Central Florida’s top salons. Today, the property is home to Theory Salon and Pops Pizzeria, both well-established staples in the Mills 50 district.
