501 W Fairbanks

501 West Fairbanks is a 2,000-square-foot commercial kitchen building acquired in 2016. At the time, the tenant was Sprinkles Cakes, a local bakery preparing to relocate in order to expand. After repositioning the property, we brought in Black Bean Deli to operate the facility as their catering kitchen and commissary supporting multiple restaurant locations. Black Bean Deli is a well-established Winter Park–based Cuban restaurant group and has earned numerous awards, making them an excellent long-term fit for the site.
